I searched high and low for essential oils made in New York State to add to our Local lip balm. After finding nothing, I settled for essential oils that didn't have to cross oceans to get here. The base of this balm is made with the same ingredients as the Local (including leaf lard from Flying Pigs' Farm) but it's scented with a lovely fresh-smelling blend of balsam fir that's wildcrafted and produced in Canada and lavender grown in Washington State. Since about .11653% of this balm doesn't come from NY, we've decided to call it "Localish."
